(They are in reverse order of my trip, just to be honest, but I couldn't figure out how to reverse them). Does not matter though, cause I like them!
I am not sure what this was but on the front it read "Le Jacques Cartier," and there were little statues of him everywhere doing all kinds of acts. Searching, looking, routing, maping, etc. it was really amazing. I ran out of battery before I could get any close up's.
I also read something on the backside of this building that said something to do with 'tribute to parliament.' If I was a good tourist I would of had more information, but alas I was just randomly gallivanting.
Gawking tourists.
The fountain was looking directly at the building above. There were people standing inside of it playing.
This is more or less for Jimmy, all I could think was 'data.' Haha, too bad he and I can't read it!
This apparently had good tourist information but I couldn't really read it.
Buddah? I have no idea but it was right outside an office building.
This castle is the Tourist Information Center. I went in one part but had no idea what was going on so I sat out on the lawn with a book for a couple of hours. Not to mention it was huge, that is a bus in front of it. Plus, there is way more building to the left that I could not capture.
I'm not actually sure if that was a full sized bus or an eco bus but still. I will get a picture of the short eco buses they have everywhere. The people inside them look so cramped!
This is a restaurant in between the Tourist Center and my apartment. There are a million of them, and they all look like old caverns; modern but old. Confusing but true.
Again, the tourist castle.
I am undecided why I took this. While looking at it, I thought it looked like a cliff but really there was a city below, and not water.
I forget what this is called but it is on all the maps.
I was driving around and this is the supreme tourist area. There were so many people it made me nervous on the narrow streets. I believe this was Old Quebec.
I am always confused by these signs...
Tons and tons of alleys, but all (that I saw) were well kept.
Building, apartments, or my personal opinion; a school.
You can see the lower city clearer here. This is my street.
Even the cones are different, they line my street everywhere.
It's hard to see but there are hundreds of streets where that car is headed. It goes almost straight down and there are little streets full of houses everywhere. This is the street next to mine, I believe, and it was the beginning of where I got lost.
I think they are setting up for a show, I am going to go! (If I can figure out when it is!)
;)
Au Revoir!!
Wow! I love this place. It's so beautiful! Ummm... we need to have a talk about their non-English data. OR, I may need a translatour? Can you assist little sis?!?
ReplyDeletep.s. I am using my U's..!
I can ask Dorle to assist! She is the best translator... ever! I think she might not enjoy data as much as us but we can work it out!
